I have been working with plastics since my apprenticeship in our family business. With this many years of experience, I have practically grown up with the subject.
What I like about plastics:
What I particularly like is that plastics are often seen as a cost-effective raw material, yet can be used in such a wide variety of ways. It is always fascinating to see what can be made from plastics.
What music do I listen to on my way to work:
On my way to work, I usually listen to house music, but every now and then I drift towards hip hop or techno. The right music gives me the perfect kick to start the workday.

Since successfully completing my studies in 2019, I have been working in the family business and have been intensively involved with plastics ever since.
What I like about about plastics:
I am particularly fascinated by the versatility of plastics. It is impressive to see the structures and shapes that can be created with it – not only in terms of sustainability, but also from an aesthetic perspective.
What music do I listen to on my way to work: On my way to work, I enjoy listening to the latest charts, but I also have a soft spot for country music. The right music helps me get perfectly ready for the workday.

For 4 years, I have had extensive knowledge in the field of plastics and have continuously deepened my passion for the material during this time.
What I like about plastics: I am particularly fascinated by the transformative power of plastics – how powder becomes a new solid component that can take almost any desired shape. The versatility and flexibility of plastics inspire me anew every single day.

On my short commute, there’s usually not enough time for an entire song, so I just listen to the radio.

Since April 2022, I have been working in the plastics industry and have been responsible for part of the sales processing in our company.
What I like about plastics:
What I value about plastic products is that, compared to metal products, they are lighter in weight, resistant to corrosion, less expensive to manufacture, and offer a wide range of applications. The robustness, durability, and sustainability of plastic products are further major advantages.
What music do I listen to on my way to work:
On my short 10-minute commute, I usually just listen to the radio or talk on the phone with my partner.

How long have I been involved with plastics?
For an impressive 16 years, I have had the pleasure of working with polyolefins. During this time, I have not only become familiar with the versatile applications of plastics but also with the many innovative solutions they offer.
What I like about plastics:
It is the incredible range of possibilities that this material opens up for us! From recycling to the protection of renewable resources – I find it exciting how plastics can help protect our environment while creating innovative solutions for the future. It feels great to be part of a process that is not only efficient but also sustainable.
What music do I listen to on my way to work:
n my way to work, I get inspired by electronic music. The beats motivate me for the day and feel like the perfect remix for my thoughts! From time to time, I also listen to other genres or the Handelsblatt Morning Briefing, but the pulsating rhythm of electronic sounds remains my personal kickstart.

What I particularly appreciate is the versatility of plastics and the ability to realize a wide variety of customer requirements and visions within our industry. In this context, I consider the reusability of the material from a sustainability perspective to be extremely important and essential.

To start my workday in a good mood, I enjoy listening to music from the 1990s and 2000s, though I also like to include current chart hits from time to time.
